The IKRA IEM 800 S electric hoe is ideal for loosening soil, treating soil and preparing seedbeds in your garden. To cultivate the soil, the Cultivator is your ideal partner. The efficient garden cultivator has a motor power of 800 W and uses a 230 V electric motor. This guarantees a particularly low noise level when loosening the garden soil. The 16 blades of the 4 cutters guarantee simple and effective treatment of the soil (loosening the soil). The blades penetrate up to 20 centimeters into the ground on their own and ensure quiet operation when pruning. The working width of the flowerbed hoe is 30 centimeters. The cultivator is driven by means of a worm gear operating in an oil bath. This gear requires no maintenance and is particularly robust. The worm gear in the oil bath ensures automatic and constant lubrication of the gear. The height-adjustable brake spur allows you to adjust the working depth on a case-by-case basis. The brake or chopping spur helps the tines of the tiller to dig deeper into the ground (depth adjustment). The lower the chopping spur is set, the deeper the cultivator can penetrate the soil. The chopping spur helps determine the working depth when “crumbling the soil”. Hoeing depth is crucial to achieve good results in seedbed preparation and soil treatment. The setting may vary depending on the nature of the soil: for example, is your soil sandy or clayey? The integrated transport wheel (support wheel) is ideal for transporting the electric hoe from one place of use to another. For transport, the chopping ram is mounted so that the wheel is lowered and the cultivator is ready for driving. To loosen the soil, the chopping spur is mounted inverted so that the wheel is raised. The cultivator has an electronic safety brake. If you release the accelerator, this brake is triggered. The cutter blades are immediately stopped. The safety switch located at the top right of the electric tiller is used to block start-up and to provide child safety. Only after pressing this button can the garden hoe be put into operation with the start lever. If the device heats up too much, for example due to excessive stress (overheating), the overload protection switches off the electric garden tool automatically for safety and motor protection purposes. The cable strain relief is located on the right side of the tiller linkage. The plug remains perfectly fixed and does not lose its hold. The cable strain relief prevents accidental loosening of the extension cord. The cable is routed through the cable strain relief along the body so that it is not in your way when working with the electric garden tiller. Gardening work is thus carried out in complete comfort and without stress. Once the soil is loosened, the electric tiller can be stored compactly. The stable, coated wheelhouse folds easily and quickly. Store the hoe in a compact space in your garage, cellar or garden shed.
Manufacturer's description
Hoe with electric motor
IKRA electric motor cultivator IEM 800 S - The electric rotary tiller loosens the soil without much effort
Thanks to a motor power of 800 W, the garden hoe does excellent work and saves your efforts. The low noise level of the high-performance engine allows you to work completely relaxed. The 16 blades allow you to loosen the soil to a depth of 20 cm. Autonomous and effortless, the flowerbed hoe works at a depth of 30 cm. The working depth of the hoe is variable. Solid, the worm gear operates in an oil bath and is therefore permanently lubricated, thus requiring no maintenance. The earthing spur has the transport wheel on its upper end, which can be turned downwards for transport. The tiller is equipped with an electronic safety brake. A start-up lock at the top right prevents unintentional activation of the electric hoe. In the event of overheating, the overload protection automatically turns off the tiller.
Useful cable strain relief on the tiller - The cable strain relief is located on the right side of the electric tiller linkage
The plug-in connection remains perfectly fixed and never loses its hold. The strain relief of the cable thus prevents any unintentional loosening and separation of the extension cord. Thanks to this practical device, the cable is routed along the body, which prevents it from dragging during gardening work.
Compact hoe storage
After gardening, the electric cultivator can be stored easily and compactly. The coated and stable wheelhouse folds quickly and easily. Store the hoe in a compact space in your garage or garden shed. Keep your strength up with every use: say goodbye to exhausting and time-consuming work, armed with a shovel and a rake!
